Rosita Silvestre
PhD candidate in Public Law, scientific-disciplinary sector: European Union Law, XXXVI cycle (academic year 2020/2021), at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In 2021 she went as a visitor student in the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Torun, Poland to implement the research activity and to find doctrine for the doctoral thesis.
In 2016 she graduated in law at the University of Napoli, Federico II, discussing a thesis in Public Economic Law entitled “The conflict of attributions between independent Authorities in the field of unfair commercial practices”.
Between 2016 and 2017 she studied International and DiplomaticRelations at SIOI, Naples (Italian Society for International Organization), Naples.
In 2019 she concluded the training internship pursuant to art.73 dl 69/2013 at the Court of Napoli Nord.
In 2020 she completed her studies in European Union law, obtaining a II level master’s degree (LLM) in Law and Government of the European Union at LUISS, Guido Carli, with a thesis entitled “On the national identity clause: a permanent searchfor balance in the dialogue between Courts”
In 2021 she qualified to practice the legal professions at the Court of Appeal of Naples.
She is also qualified to teach legal matters.
